Scope: Procurement and Installation of 114 CARRIER SPLIT HVAC Systems and two Split CARRIER HVAC Systems for Clubhouse.
- Install New Refrigerant Lines.
- Install new Condensate Drain Lines.
- Install New Ductwork
- Apartment style Air handlers will be hung on the walls with 4” hanging brackets.
- Hurricane Tie Downs for condensers.
- VIVE 5-1-1 Programmable Thermostat.
- In Ceiling BROAN Exhaust Fans.
